Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Pigeon Studios ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use pigeonstudios.win and Pigeon Packs (together, the "Services"). Your Stake account is governed by Stake's own privacy policy.
1. Who we are
Pigeon Studios operates the Services and is responsible for the information described in this policy. You can contact us at partner@pigeonstudios.win or @PigeonOriginals on X.
2. Information collected when you browse
We collect certain usage and performance information to understand how the site is used, to measure and improve its speed, and to provide you with a better experience. This may include the pages you visit, the referring page, your approximate location (country or region), and your device and browser type. This information is collected in aggregate, is not used to identify you, and is not used for advertising.
Like most websites, our servers also process technical information such as your IP address, for security and to determine your approximate location, so that we can restrict features in places where they are not available.
3. Information collected when you take part
When you use Pigeon Packs, we collect:
- your Stake username and, where Stake provides it, your Stake account ID;
- when you connect your account: the link of the Keno bet you place to connect, the 4 numbers we gave you and when, linked to your Stake username;
- details of bets you submit, such as bet ID, game, amount, currency, multiplier, payout and time;
- a pseudonymised (hashed) form of your IP address, used to prevent abuse.
We do not ask for your name, email address, password or payment details.
4. Packs and rewards
We keep records of packs earned and opened, and tips sent to your Stake account. To allow results to be independently verified, your Stake username may be displayed publicly alongside wins.
5. How we use information
We use information to provide the Services (verifying bets, issuing packs and sending tips); to maintain fairness and security (preventing fraud and abuse and applying eligibility and location rules); and to analyse and improve the performance of the site.
6. Sharing
We share information only with trusted service providers that host and operate the Services on our behalf. We look up the bets you submit on Stake to check them. We don't send your personal information to Stake. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising purposes. We cannot see who follows us on Stake.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use only those cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Services to function, such as remembering your connected account, claimed packs and settings in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can remove this information at any time by using "Not you?" or clearing your browser's site data.
8. Retention
Hashed IP addresses are deleted after 30 days, and rejected claims after 90 days. Connection details (the Keno connect bet link, the 4 numbers and when they were given) are deleted after 90 days if your connection isn't used. Other information is kept for as long as Pigeon Packs operates, unless you ask us to delete it. Records of tips already sent may be kept where needed for our records.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to its use. To make a request, email us with your Stake username. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours, for example by placing a Keno bet on numbers we give you. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Age
The Services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Services, please contact us and we will delete their information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please also see our terms of use.
